Do you know how to add salt panels to a sauna? I am interested in adding the salt therapy element and saw pictures of a sauna with salt panels but haven’t found anywhere to buy or install the salt panels?

Thanks! So far we’ve been doing a little lemon water or electrolyte packets to sip and Valentino mainly stays on the lower bench or just wanders around so he doesn’t sweat much yet. By the way–your saunas are beautiful!

Saunas are great at providing a myriad of health benefits, and it’s very smart for you to make sure both of you stay well hydrated. Just watch Valentino, and yourself for that matter, for any signs of overheating or dehydration, and good luck! Hope it helps!

above is a link with waiver forms for vaccination excemption for school, even though that’s a long way off for Valentino, I thought you might like to know the state acknowledges your right to decide when and if your child is vaccinated…and your pediatrician knows this! Stand strong! You know what your child needs!
When they first came out with Hepatitis B vaccine, my Bridget was in an age group to first receive it. I refused because 1) it was entirely to new and 2) There was no way she was going to get Hep B since it is contracted in much the same way as HIV! The pediatrician threw a fit! When I later told my family doctor (who was in the same medical group) about the incident he said that he had refused to give it to his kid for the same reason!

Thank you so much for your post. I am going to look into “Lorenzo’s Oil.” I LOVE to hear stories like that about mother’s taking charge and helping to heal their children. It’s always so inspiring and keeps me going on that same path of trying various treatments and remedies that might help Valentino.
